Referral Rewards for Licensed Agents

Stephanie Clark Property Management values the many referrals we receive from our landlords, tenants, clients and friends. We especially value referrals from other agents! We understand that sales agents want their clients to receive unsurpassed service should they need to turn their homes into investment properties.

We are committed to offering amazing service to any client you refer.

Perhaps you have a listing that is having trouble selling. Maybe you have a past client who would like to buy a new home but does not want sell their current home. Whenever you encounter past clients, current clients, new clients, friends or family who are in need of property management services, please send them our way. You can trust us to provide excellent service while protecting the relationship you have with them. We will never solicit your referrals for anything other than property management. If at any time in the future they contact us about selling a house or buying a new home, we will refer them right back to you. Guaranteed.

Get paid for your client referral!

I would like to reward you for your Property Management referrals. If your client ends up signing a Property Management Agreement with us, or an Exclusive Right to Rent, we will pay you a finder’s fee equal to the first months management fee (usually 10% of one month’s rent) or 10% of our ERR fee.
