Mary Kenworthy

Property Manager

Mary is a huge asset to the team as the manager of Stephanie Clark Property Management. She came to us in 2012 after beginning her property management career in 1999, and she brings a wealth of property management experience with her. Mary obtained her real estate license in 2015 to better serve our needs. She has taken our property management department to the next level, increasing our portfolio to 255 properties and growing! Her energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and knack for being a “solution finder” make her a pleasure to work with. She is a favorite among our landlords and tenants. Her experience as a 29-year military spouse helps her to easily relate to owners moving away from their homes and to the tenants moving into them.
