Home Inspector

Paul Hamann is a fabulous asset to our team as our first dedicated home inspector for Stephanie Clark Property Management, responsible for performing our occupied home inspections. A long-time client that we have been trying to recruit for years and finally acquired him in 2024. Paul worked for several years as a property maintenance technician for a local short-term rental company. Before that, he completed a 30-year Navy career, followed by nearly 12 years as a Virginia Beach police officer. Paul is a team favorite already, known for hilarious “dad jokes.” Paul is married, has 2 lovely daughters, a horse named Hero and a pup named Casey!
